Chain Saw Course approval.
Marianne and Marvin participate in a Roundtable on Risk Management for trails on Zoom
We applied for a social media grant from Travel Alberta.
Work proceeded on the acquisition of Spedden UFA land.
May
Approval of grant for summer staff.
Signs ordered for sign replacement project.
RRTS provided volunteers for a Camrose Casino on May 1 and 2.
We met with Anderson family about viewing deck in Lindbergh.
First memorial to one of our volunteers installed at Lindbergh.
RC Strategies consultants doing CL BV Intermunicipal Trail Strategy. We provide input.
Numerous missing bolts are discovered on Beaver River Trestle. Local trail stewards help replace the vandalism.
At Edouardville gates some Texas gates required stabalizing and resetting to keep cows in place.
First thing in spring a Middle Creek washout occurred. St Paul County made a repair.
June
Abilene Boiler was moved onto the pad completed the year before.
Sign Replacement Project done for most of the trail.
We repainted Mooswa Rest Stop with paint donated by Home Hardware in Bonnyville.
Revised Trail Steward and Directors Handbooks we done by volunteers and a summer student.
July
Planning PSA videos for trail began.
Summer storms created a second Middle Creek washout. The County of St Paul Public Works did a more extensive repair.
A new sign was installed in the Bonnville Staging Area.
August
With County of St Paul we met over a picnic supper at the Salt Plant hill with the RMA executive to discuss trail issues.
September
The annual NE Municorr Ride went from Wasketneau to St Paul discussing trail issues at many stops.
October
A Trestle repair at Armistice was completed by the County of St Paul.
A tent Camp by homeless people was broken up by bylaw officers at Cold Lake.
The long awaited Chain Saw course was completed by many volunteers at the South snowmobile cabin.
November
NE Municorr heard a MG 30 presentation and was willing to have a trial done by the County of Smoky Lake near a landowners home.
We looked at E bike possibilities and had considerable discussion of what was happening in other jurisdictions.
Tourism Destination Zone development presentations were done at a number of councils.
Grading trail was completed in all rural municipalities.

Tree planting proposals are being discussed for areas along the trail. A plan needs to be done to apply for federal funding for planting.
