Often each year is a combination of new construction and ongoing maintenance in response to weather of changing needs. In 2018 ongoing water issues, especially in the valleys of St Paul County held our attention.
Just near the S-curves east of St Paul drainage issues require new culverts put in place by St Paul County.
This project cleaned up the area quite well and improved sight line near a busy highway crossing.
Near Heinsburg a mudhole was cleaned up quite a bit.
Water continued to wear away at the Middle Creek Culvert.
