We have found in our files many Elk Point news items gleaned from study of the Vermilion Standard back issues. This research was done in the early 1976 in preparation for the writing of Reflections in 1976. We are not sure of who did the work but appreciate this window into early life in the Elk Point region when most travel was to Vermilion.
