| May 31 1965 | A rough sketch of the proposed library was presented by Mr Stepa. The Secretary was advised to get in touch with an architech to find out the cost of designing a 1500 sq ft building |
| June 15 1965 | Donald Ross presented a sketch for a new library. It was decided to incorporate a town office in the same building, the cost to be $7 to $10 per sq ft Mr Ross fess was to be $500 plus $50 for special trips |
