Installing the Phone System
The old Battleford telegraph line was used by FG Miller for some time as an emergency rural phone line.
Early phone lines were put into the town of Elk Point in 1913. Later AGT put in rural lines. This party line system was later updated to private lines. Much later some fibreoptic cable was installed. Any more precise information?
