This section looks at information we have of Native people in North Eastern Alberta. We hope to include some of their history from before the arrival of white explorers and fur traders.
Of necessity we will highlight information from first hand sources (original pioneer writings) as well as more scholarly works from writers beyond our area.
Some additional information from the 1800s and 1900s will be found in our community sites for Kehewin (From Reflections) and Frog Lake (from Land of Red and White).
